At LJC SPORTS, we bring elite visual storytelling to grassroots and semi-pro clubs across Sydney. What started as a passion for basketball photography has grown into a movement to elevate how teams are seen.

Founded by creative director Logan James, LJC SPORTS began with a camera, a deep love of sport, and a drive to create images that looked and felt different. What started on the sidelines of local basketball courts in Western Sydney has grown into a go-to photography service for clubs across codes including AFL, rugby league, and more. We didn’t just want to take photos. We wanted to capture what made athletes proud to wear their jersey. That mission still drives us today.

James is the guy behind the lens and the vision. With roots in basketball culture and a background in editorial photography, he’s all about capturing athletes in a way that feels bold, real, and hype-worthy. He brings fresh ideas to every shoot and knows how to turn a simple media day into something unforgettable.

Gerry keeps the engine running and the tech dialled in. He’s the behind-the-scenes genius who brings new workflows, smooth delivery systems, and creative production support to every shoot. Whether he’s tweaking lighting setups or running the tethered viewing station, Gerry makes sure everything runs like clockwork—and looks good doing it.

We don’t just show up with a camera. We bring a full studio experience on set. Music pumping. Real-time image previews on a large monitor (tethered shooting). Hype and direction to help players feel comfortable and look their best

Mobile Studio Setup

We bring everything needed to transform your space into a pro-level photo studio. Whether it’s a gym, clubhouse, or training hall, all we need is adequate room and we’ll create a premium shoot environment right at your home base. Everyone involved from players, coaches, staff and parents will have a professional experience, often captured on their phones to share on social media.
